Shipping policy

We ship from our online store on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays (except if a public holiday falls on the above listed day). We ship on these specific days to minimise the time your beer spends out of refrigeration. Orders Must be Placed by 3pm on Monday or Tuesday to ensure your order is shipped that week.

We are unable to hold orders for a delivery on a specific date.

If you have chosen the pickup delivery option, collection is available within our taproom hours listed. 

All orders are shipped through Auspost eParcel Service

Approximate Shipping times are shown for each service below;

Aus Post - 2-7 Business Days 

If you don't receive your beer within 10 business days, please let us know via email to store@mrbanksbrewing.com.au

We only accept orders within Australia and do not accept international orders. 

Beer will not be delivered to an unattended address. If the courier service try to make a delivery and the location is unattended, the package will need to be picked up up from a depot or will be sent back to the Brewery. Re Delivery charges will need to be paid.

Beer must be signed for by a person over 18 years at the time of delivery.

If the delivery address is entered incorrectly or Delivery is unable to be made due to no one available at the location, the package will after attempts to deliver be sent back to the Brewery. The package will then need to be re-sent at the Postage cost again to the Purchaser.

We support the responsible service of alcohol across Australia. Under the Liquor Act 1998 (VIC), it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Similar laws against selling or supplying alcohol to minors apply across Australia.
