Blackberry & Boysenberry Parfait

Boysenberry & Blackberry Parfait is our first sour of the year, and we’ve made it worth the wait. It’s an oat cream sour conditioned on a mountain of juicy boysenberries and blackberries, plus a generous dose of Madagascan vanilla bean. It pours a deep, glowing magenta with a soft pink head. On the nose it’s all jammy berries and sweet vanilla custard. On the palate, bright, tangy tartness cuts through layers of ripe boysenberry and blackberry, while the oats bring a smooth, creamy body that finishes like the last spoonful of dessert.

You know what else everybody likes? Parfait.

Pickup at the brewery: Your order will be ready as soon as the beer is released. Collect any time during trading hours.

Shipping: In warmer months, we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays (excluding public holidays), so your beer spends as little time out of the fridge as possible.
