A traditional German-style Pilsner, brewed with 100% floor malted Pilsner malt and hopped with the noble Perle and Hallertau Mittelfrüh varieties. This is old-world brewing at its most authentic - naturally carbonated, delicately bready, and impeccably clean, with an extended lagering period that lends a refined, crisp finish.
Pickup at the brewery: Choose this option and your order will be ready for pickup as soon as the beer is released — just come by during our trading hours.
Shipping: We ship orders Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays). We stick to these days to make sure your beer spends as little time as possible out of the fridge before it reaches you.
