Historically Accurate
West Coast IPA
Historically Accurate is a West Coast IPA brewed straight from the 1990s California history books. No haze, no lactose and no revisionist history: just a crystal-clear, piney and properly bitter IPA, loaded with Citra, Mosaic, Columbus and Aussie-grown Eclipse. On the nose it’s sticky pine, grapefruit zest and a touch of dankness. On the palate it’s clean and crisp, with a firm malt backbone carrying layers of citrus and resin through to a punchy, bitter finish that lingers just long enough to make its point.

Pickup at the brewery: Your order will be ready as soon as the beer is released. Collect any time during trading hours.
Shipping: In warmer months, we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays (excluding public holidays), so your beer spends as little time out of the fridge as possible.
